Very kind and helpful.
Had teeth cleaned. She was very gentle, fast, and friendly.
The staff at Dr Boyd's is very sensitive to the patients needs. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, so this is not my favorite task. They do whatever they can to calm my fears and provide excellent service.

my hygienist, Erika, was very thorough, informative, and concerned with my comfort. i asked for her after she impressed me 6 months ago, and she was even better this time! her advice given 6 months ago, on how to fighting my beginning gum disease, proved excellent--by following her advice, i had a much better report this time! dr. boyd is always helpful, as well, and has been a big help to my husband, also a patient.
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Boyd and her team. They are always very professional, proficient, and such a caring bunch.
My first impression upon walking into Dr. Boyd's office was that the waiting room was welcoming and comfortable. The office staff greeted me like family and made me feel at home there. I had a very short wait before a friendly assistant took me to my exam room. My hygienist was right on time, and she was professional as she worked on my teeth. First, I had x-rays done. I had my teeth cleaned. The young lady went over each tooth. She took necessary pictures of a problem tooth. Dr. Boyd came in and inspected my teeth and examined the problem tooth. I enjoy the team Dr. Boyd has assembled. My wife and I will continue to be patients.
