I am a new patient and had my first appointment. The dental hygienist was thorough and friendly during the cleaning process. I met with Dr. Boyd after x-rays and am pleased with the recommendation she had for me. Looking forward to going back in 6 months for my routine checkup.
The hygenist was kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Boyd was attentive, kind, and listened to me. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I just switched to this dentist office yesterday. I had my teeth cleaned and X-rays done. It was recommended that I get a crown. They had a cancellation for today so I took the appointment. I am 62 years old and have never received the service from another dentist office that I received from this one. They were so professional and nice. I’ve lived in Suffolk for years and I’m sad that I didn’t know about the practice sooner. I had my first appointment last week, also another this week and I’m just grateful my mom switched us to Jana Boyd. The office is really clean and comfortable with the nicest staff. My overall experience was great and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Not a huge fan of dentists but Dr. Boyd and the whole staff are incredible. Actually getting over the " not liking dentists" syndrome. Also they are very conveniently located which is an added bonus.
