So grateful for Justin Poole’s expertise. He’s calm and collected, but also easy to communicate with and puts nervous patient worries to ease. Even when dealing with a patient that hates needles, scalpels, blood, or basically anything relating to any type of medical procedure. It’s pretty much the grossest thing EVER! But I’m so glad he loves what he does and is so good at it! He and the rest of the staff made my three procedures as comfortable and painless as possible. They are awesome! Thanks!

Dr. Jones and his staff are outstanding in every way. Everyone functions as a cooperating team under the guidance and direction of Dr. Jones. It is evident that the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, proficient, caring and happy to be there. I had complex vein problems and needed three sessions to alleviate the issues in my lower legs. The results are amazing. My pain and swelling are gone. My overall health and energy level have greatly improved since the treatments.

Dr. Jones and his team of P.A.’s, Nurse Practicioners, all seem to work seamlessly together, in a quick witted, effective manner. His advice and work is thorough and my results, after 5 years of care, have been outstanding. Patients who see Dr.Jones are very fortunate.

Dr. Jones and his surgical team are efficient, competent and caring. My legs were heavy, painful and itchy. They were swollen and walking was something I had difficulty doing. My veins were curvy and complicated. Dr Jones took the extra time and addressed all my special vein issues. I felt that I was special and that his only concern was my success. Just had my follow up with Dr Jones. My swelling is gone and so is the itching and pain. Thank you Dr Jones and team.

Having been his patient for 5 yrs, I am total satisfied with the excellent care I have received from him and from his great staff. The one thing that is so outstanding is his sincere depth of caring he exhibits to all his patients. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my doctor and have referred several people to his office.

I came to Heart of Dixie for treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose veins. I don't think there is a better staff anywhere! Everyone I came into contact with has been so nice and caring. They even helped me fight my insurance company denial. I was made to feel like the most important patient but everyone else I've talked to says the same thing. Dr. Jones and his PA, Justin Poole, are top notch professionals. Jill in the office is amazing. You won't find a better medical office.

Dr Jones and his entire staff were a pleasure to work with. I honestly believe they saved my life. I had the heat method for getting rid of the veins which no longer work properly in my les and which collect the pooling blood; the precursor to any variety of heart-related conditions (called the silent killer of women, these conditions kill 1 out of 3 women). The pain is entirely gone and my life has changed. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!!

Dr. Jones and his entire staff are truly amazing! Dr. Jones is very personable, knowledgeable, and will take whatever time is necessary to listen to you, answer questions, and provide treatment. Since having varicose vein treatments, I have slept better at night than I have in years!
