Very professional staff.
Absolutely excellent staff from the receptionist, to the pre-op nurses, to the anesthetist, to the recover nurses. And a special thank you to Dr. Wike for his care and expertise. What a joy to be nearly pain free , going on close to six months with only minor pain flare ups. Amazing!
For some reason when I arrived I learned my appointment had been canceled. I wasn’t thrilled with this news. After speaking with his staff, we figured out what had happened. Dr. Wike agreed to still see me. Their professionalism is the sole reason I kept my composure and didn’t react inappropriately.
Excellent explanation of procedure and so far good results. I better understand the procedure and expect positive results .
I had a great experience with Dr Wikes. Very comfortable atmosphere and relaxing. Very informative before and during the procedure. He even stayed and made sure I was good before exiting !
