Dr was very nice and caring.
A wonderful man and a great surgeon. He cares about his patients and does great work.
I am so glad that I chose Dr. McDowell to be my surgeon. What I felt would be a hard surgery for me has been the complete opposite. I had almost no pain and a super quick recovery. After a 20 minute telephone hold listening to commercials about their services, the the appointment booker told me that the Doctor didn't like to wait for patients so, they stack 'em up. They expect patients to arrive early, but have little regard for the patients' time. I decided that if the doctor is too important and busy for my comfort, I didn't need to do business with them. How can I expect safe, considerate care in that environment?
