I had a scare 20 years ago. I was sent to breast specialist Dr. Cooper. He didn't believe it to be anything, and he was right. Most women fear the results of their monthly mammogram. Because of that fear, I schedule Dr. Mark Cooper to immediately view the results instead of my getting the notification in the mail. His first words are allows comforting and quick. Nothing is ever going to go wrong, but if there was a concern, I am already in the best of care with Dr. Mark Cooper.
Was referred to Dr Cooper by my primary care physician with high recommendation. With init appointment given access to educational information and support #winning with follow-up diagnostic appointments for confirmations. Super patient and attentive with discussing options and answering questions. Surgery and postOp were the best possible, and All Support Staff are The Best.
Dr. Cooper is very thorough and takes time to answer any questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable. I have been a patient for over 3 years.
All staff are professional and demonstrate caring for patients. Dr. Cooper very easy to collaborate with and a great surgeon
I would give 0 stars if that was an option!! I got a major infection 2 days post-op. He stopped my antibiotics prescribed by another hospital saying “ you don’t get an abscess 2 days after surgery.” Well, I did. Had to be admitted to ICU, rapid response team had to be called. He acted like I did something wrong! Said I had a “minor” setback. Had to be admitted a second time because he sent me home with antibiotic that didn’t work on the bacteria the culture grew out. Worst experience ever!!
Tara performed sclerotherapy on both legs today and was beyond fabulous. She was thorough and very knowledgeable and absolutely awesome start to finish. Tara is personable yet concentrated every moment on a job well done. She zapped the tiniest veins and placed heart and soul on perfection in this visit. She has a very positive personality and was dynamic. Extremely impressed.
Dr. Wasudev has helped me on several occasions. But the most memorable was when he had to do a needle biopsy on my thyroid, and I didn't think it would be a big deal. But I got very emotional afterwards and he and his nurse stayed with me for a good 30 mins to an hour later to help me calm down.
Dr Kim was very easy to talk to and addressed my concerns. Hoping he will be able to further help me after a diagnostic test I am having done.
I was referred to Dr. McDowell and I am so glad I was. From the very start my experience was pleasant, my consultation was not rushed and i was able to ask all of the questions i had regarding my procedure. The day of the surgery he was extremely kind, while i was a ball of nerves. He talked through the things i was anxious about and even had me laughing before heading back for surgery. Dr. McDowell is one of the most compassionate doctors and you can tell he absolutely loves his job and his patients.
