Dr. Talkington is a very professional very competent doctor. He is a good person who listens and seems to really care about his patents and their best outcome. His staff are also wonderful and very accommodating to your needs. I am three weeks post op and already improving by leaps and bounds. I would recommend him to anyone. I have little to no pain and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of care and the therapy which help me each day.
Finally, for me a doctor who really cared to listen. There was something wrong with my right shoulder. It became so painful that I could not sleep on my right side. I came to Dr. Talkington. He recognized the issue straight away. He sent me for an MRI to confirm his diagnosis. He performed arthroscopic surgery not only fixing the torn ligament, but also discovered damage to my rotator cuff and fixed it. A doctor like this is a remarkable gem within the medical profession.
After years of dealing with a bursa, I was finally referred to Dr. Talkington. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and professionally handle my situation. I am very please with him and his staff. They are courteous and loving to, not only myself, but each patient that I witnessed them dealing with.
Dr. Talkington and his staff are wonderful. They are always there to greet you with a smile and Dr. Talkington really listens and does everything he can to help you in the best possible way. With my injury he tried everything he could for me not to have surgery. When I did end up having surgery the staff and my recovery seemed so easy do to they fact that he did try everything before surgery. I will recommend Dr. Talkington to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Talkington and your staff.
Everyone is so nice. Dr Talkington explains everything very well and you leave with no questions. I have had to surgeries with him and definitely recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Talkington provided outstanding service. His office got me in right after my shoulder injury. I had a full tear in the supraspinatus tendon which had retracted. Surgery almost immediately after my consultation. His staff and especially Ann showed compassion and provided positive advice. I was in physical therapy the next day and it has been smooth sailing. Hope I don't need him again, but if I do - he is the doctor for me.
