Professional, Friendly and Thorough.
Excellent appointment . Felt as though I was in very knowledgeable and capable hands. A very friendly kind Dr. Would recommend to anyone in need of his expertise as a retina Dr.
Very thorough and always smiling. He treats me like a friend instead of a number.
Wills eye- best in the world? Well i am not impressed. 2 words-"medical gaslighting" - at its worst. just terrible.

I was referred to Dr. Vander urgently for a post traumatic retinal tear. I was seen promptly and my care was OUTSTANDING. His staff is friendly, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Vander was thorough and explained everything well. I will be forever in his debt.
Dr. Vander was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable the entire time while fully explaining the issue he found with my retina (hole/tear). In addition, he was able to perform a procedure right then and there to correct it. While it wasn't the most pleasant procedure, he communicated with me the entire time as to what was happening and what to expect next. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Vander and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I feel very comfortable and cared for by this group.
Dr Vander is terrific. Compassionate and very skilled. He’s saved my sight for over ten years. I trust him completely.
