They are so efficient from the time of arrival to departure. The staff are all kind, caring and passionate about what they do. All the physicians are excellent but of course I think Dr. Emblom is the cream of the crop!!❤️
Everything is done in a timely manner, and WONDERFUL knee replacement surgeon (mine was Dr. Moore)
Dr. Michael Ryan is phenomenal doctor/surgeon. Highly recommend him and the facility. Extremely thorough and stops and listens, answers questions and make you feel comfortable. His team around him is just as great. Listens to your needs to return to exercise and puts you on the path to a positive recovery
Tried to make an appointment both on a referral basis, as well as on my own volition to have a left hip that partially dislocated every 5 steps I take. Filled out email questionnaires only to be told by Emblom’s staff that he will review my request for an appointment. I will never allow anyone at Andrews to help me with medical problems again. If veterinarians adopted the attitude of “we will review your chart to see if you need to be seen”, we would have a lot of extremely sick, crippled or dead patients.
Saw Dr Ketchum at the Cullman office today. He was great!
Dr. Rothermich and team did an awesome job on my shoulder. The level of care I received from everyone far exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank them enough.
