I found this doctor very condescending and arrogant. I'm a health professional and was not comfortable with the way he answered my questions. I left there very upset and would never consider having him operate on me. Needless to say I'm looking for a more caring and compassionate doctor.
Dr. Ahmad didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. He was very non-informative and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I came to him with severe pain and he made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say I walked out of there without any answers. I would never go back to him and would not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Ahmad and his staff were great to work with (we mostly used the Bensalem office), and literally got me back on my feet. My only regret is that I didn't go to them first after I broke my foot. We will definitely use Rothman for any future orthopedic needs.
I had surgery with Dr. Ahmad in December, 2010. Dr. Ahmad is an excellent surgeon and person. He is very caring and passionate about what he does and will go out of his way to accomodate any of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad and would go back to him in a heartbeat.
I really LOVE Dr. Jamal Ahmad, at the Rothman Institute. He is the only doctor I have EVER had who gives his direct e-mail address and he is patient and caring and answers every single question I ask of him. I am a 65 year old woman and I know that I ask a whole lot of questions and try to be pro active in my care - he just operated on my foot and has always been kind and nice and patient with me. Dr. Ahmad was really condescending and non-informative. We were supposed to be seeing him for a surgery consult, and he couldn't even say whether we should have the surgery or not, even afer an on-site associate said we should. I am pulling my son's records from the whole practice because of him.
Dr Ahmad was incredibly rude to me and my wife. I went in to his office with a broken foot and simply wanted to ask a few important questions about activity and recovery time. The doctor was arrogant, dismissive, and clearly uncaring about my condition. If being a doctor is about caring for people than I can't believe Dr. Ahmad is still in business if he treats other patients the way he treated me. Needless to say, we will not be going back to see him.
Dr. was rude! Seemed like he didn't want to give me his time, maybe because I'm senior citizen!!
