La verdad es que al dr solo le vi su cara como tres veces! Me asignaron otra persona un poco ruda! Cuando llego la pandemia fue horrible la atención! Yo no me vacuné y nunca mas pude entrar al sitio! Para papeles me los bajaban a la calle! Y un trató bien malo como si tuviera sarna , luego me sacaron diciendo q no m volverían atender! Ahora envían mensajes día y noche ! No entiendo! Gracias a Dios encontré un internista judio excelente q cuando le comenté el motivo del cambio de dr se asombró!! Creo q los pacientes merecemos... read more

Lady at front desk is rude (Berta) Outspoken. Likes to call the attention of everyone to let everybody knows that she has a big mouth. She is loud.
It’s incredible how rude the staff is!!! Don’t get me wrong my dr Roman, very good doctor, but the staff is horrible. I came in with a pain on my leg, unfortunately dr Roman wasn’t there, got told by Dr. Lucia “ I can’t do anything you have to go to the er” worst doctor ever in my whole life!!! She didn’t even touch me or saw where it hurts and wasted my time” never going back there again!! Unfortunately I had to change Dr. Roman
