Chattanooga Ear Nose and Throat is no different than most all Chattanooga medical practices. Running a hour or more behind scheduled appointments is standard operating procedure. No respect for their patients time. Totally disrespectful. Medically, Dr Greer does good work.

Dr. Greer and his MA April are amazing people! They both have a wealth of knowledge, truly listen and genuinely look to help heal and treat you. So thankful for both of them for helping our family.

I've used dr. Greer for years. For all 3 of my children. My qualms are not with him but his office staff, who have lost their humanity. Recently i had to take my oldest son to the his office after excessive nose bleeds and after falling onto his face and worsening the condition. I arrived to find out he had not been seen long enough that he was considered a new patient. Ok. I signed in and then was told i needed to pay a copay. Standard. I asked if i could have it billed. I had gone to urgent care and the ER due to sickness and major ear pain. I had blisters on my ear and both places said it was cellulitis and prescribed antibiotics. I was not having any relief and it was getting worse. One day I woke up and I couldn't hear out of my left ear. After 2 weeks I called Dr Greer's office and made an appointment. On day 18 of horrific ear pain, swelling and redness of left ear, and complete loss of hearing in left ear Dr Greer diagnosed me with shingles! He put me on the correct medications. I am ... read more
