I had gone to urgent care and the ER due to sickness and major ear pain. I had blisters on my ear and both places said it was cellulitis and prescribed antibiotics. I was not having any relief and it was getting worse. One day I woke up and I couldn't hear out of my left ear. After 2 weeks I called Dr Greer's office and made an appointment. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Greer and his entire team. From the very first appointment, surgery, and then my follow up, Dr. Greer has been very informative and compassionate. Dr Greer is always thorough, explains thing clearly. Always professional. His treatments for me have made my life much more pleasant. I would give more stars if they were available. He is just a good doctor with a great staff.
I have had the worst experience at this office . First off you have any apt time but will wait for about 2 hours before you get in a room. After that you sit and wait for about another 1hour. Then when the provider gets in its a quick in and out service. I was going there for a nodule on my thyroid that I was checking up on . I had multiple biopsies done and all he said was we are going to keep a eye on them .
