Dr Pines and his staff are kind, compassionate and consummate medical professionals. I feel privileged to have Dr Pines and his staff as my urologist/office.
Maybe my review would have been better if Dr. Pines saw me... He was highly recommended since I was looking for an important second opinion. All went well until the day day of the appointment, nobody said anything to me that the Carly the PA was going to see me instead. Although she was very professional, I was looking for a more experienced opinion. After that, twice I left messages and nobody returned my phone calls.
