I was diagnosed with spider veins several years ago. Everyone told me it was no big deal but I felt super self-conscious all the time. I even consulted a dermatologist but the only tip I got from her was to cover it up. It was by accident that I discovered Dr Ivan Brooks. He turned my life around! I felt like my old self again! Thank you Dr Brooks and everyone on the team!

I developed varicose veins after giving birth to my first child. I knew I was at risk because the condition runs in my family but it wasn't until the first symptoms began that I could fully understand how serious it would affect me and my self-esteem, not to mention the constant aching and fatigue. I felt lost until a friend recommended Dr Brooks. I was amazed by the effect of the treatment and by his approach that made me feel he really cared deeply about his patients.

I deeply appreciate everything that Dr Ivan Brooks and his kind team did for me. Dr Brooks realized right away that it wasn't mere vanity that made me turn to him. He was compassionate and understood that I was experiencing constant discomfort. It took several EVLT treatments but it worked and I feel better and more confident than ever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Oh my goodness - STAY AWAY. I came in January for a consult. Then actual treatment a few weeks later which I paid for out of pocket. They tried to bill me $200 for the consult and billing dep't was not helpful in resolving. I called office manager who started shouting and talking over me, saying she does not want my bad energy and is insulted that I called her billing dep't "useless." It was truly the most unusual & unprofessional interaction EVER with a medical office. Buyer beware !!!!

So Dr Brooks was my anesthesiologist for a medical procedure. I paid a substantial copay to the surgery center and was assured that would be my entire obligation. Some months later I got a random bill from Brooks, which I called his office and told them I was disputing. Since then his collection agency has been harassing me for months. If he is involved in your surgery team, be very very careful as you are likely to get billed for charges that you never agreed to, and then harassed by collection
