Very very unprofessional! I don't know how she got into this profession and got this job! I've been to her clinic 5-6 times and she has been very rude with me and everyone else around. I even remember an incident when she yelled at an old lady who complained that she has made her wait for than one hour even setting up the appointment in advance. Rude, unprofessional and only cares about making money and not of you as a person.
Very inaccisible by phone...very difficult to get results and she is thorough but outright rude. I visited her in the previous office at the Reflex Center and have tried on numerous occasions for the past 2 months and she comes to the phone with a rude and rushed attitude and promised to call me back and she never did. I am still awaiting her call. Very rude Doctor. ..
The positive reviews are manufactured. Just went to her and she gave me a flyer to post a positive review for her. She is bizarre goes on a ranting about her life and staff. I felt I was the doctor and she was the patient . She is abusive.
An hour late taking me, which is not bad considering how long my family members and I usually have to wait to see her. She was very dismissive and unwilling to look up past medical files to support request for a referral, especially with a family history of disease. I'm very disappointed.
Thank goodness for Dr. Zando!! She was the only doctor that was able to give me a diagnosis. I had been to my former doctor, several times, emergency, and a specialist. Several tests were taken, but since they didn't know what it was, they basically said, oh well, nothing more we can do. Thankfully, I found Dr. Zando, she knew what the problem was immediately!! Rude and unprofessional person. Her team is even worst. I think this clinic is run by people who has zero experience in health care services, they are just wasting taxpayers money.
I am very disappointed with Dr Zando, her Staff is good but seems under stress by her behavior as well, she is always complaining for people to tell her so many problems, and makes you feel guilty to even tell her about your issues, and if you get a chance to tell her then instead of showing concern she bombard you with medications that you dont even need, and later if you complain about some other issue, she simply says that ohh its the side effect of that medication., she should stop practicing and take rest.
Very rude and unprofessional doctor. If you want to be sent to a specialty doctor ,please do not ask them for a referral. They will never schedule an appointment for you- that's for sure.... I have tried in three different occasion. Also- don't go in the morning ,she is not a morning person,beside she is late always. If you go in the evening - she will refuse to see you if she doesn't feel like to stay longer. Unbelievable !
