Dr Zando is all money minded. All she wants is health cards being swiped so she can make moeny.. I was 5 weeks pregnant and she didn’t read my blood report properly. Just looking at symptoms she was very sure I have ectopic pregnancy . I started to cry and asked her if everything will be okay. I had gone to see Dr. Zando on Wednesday, February 20th. I waited for 11/2 hours to see her before walking away because patients who came after me were being sent in while I was kept waiting. In fact, the whole waiting room population changed and I was still sitting there for my turn. I believe they give preference to appointments over Walk-ins...so good luck to anyone who just walks in...they will take all appointments in before they take you in. In my first and last visit, I have been asked to fill up a form and indicate the reason for my visit so I did. As soon as Dr. Zando entered the room she immediately told me in a very rude and arrogant tone that she have been a doctor for so long and that she did not go to a medical school only for her patients to tell her what to do. I was stunned And told her I don’t want to continue to be treated by an arrogant and disrespectful doctor and she called me RUDE.
Dr Zando is incredibly disrespectful, rude and arrogant. She screamed at me for asking for a simple test and told me that I am wasting the government's resources and her time, next time I want tests I can go to a lab and pay for them. She caught me totally off guard and I was actually frozen because I could not believe her insanely rude bedside manner. Very ride doctor. She yalks to you rudely and not give you enoutime to even explain and asks you to hurry as she has long que waiying. No one should go to yhis unprofessional arrogant lady
Dr. Zando has been my new GP for almost 2 months. She has been good and understanding. Staff is also good.
Dr. Zendo is very rude and unprofessional doctor. I had a very bad experience with her I visited her as a walk in she doesn't even listen to me while I was explaining to her about my illness. she cut me off and said let me write a prescription I am the doctor again she was sooooooo rude so DO NOT GO TO HER . HER LICENCE SHOULD BE CANCEL
Dr. Zando is a waste of time. Every time I came to see her given the fact that I had already made appointment, I still had to wait for more than an hour. EVERY TIME!! People’s time is valuable and that’s why they book appointment. Being a doctor does not give you the right to disrespect patient’s time. And she doesn’t give me chances to ask questions and only sees you for 5 min then move on to the next patient. She is worse doctor I have ever had. I was suffering from severe IBS and she documented on my record instead of treating me that I was "hallucinating symptoms and refused treatment". I was in excruciating pain and returned to Dr. Zando twice more against of my better judgement and she once more refused to treat me saying she "doesn't deal with minor medical cases as she's too advanced" and to stop "creating symptoms".
