Rude and unprofessional. She doesn't listen to you and cares very little about the patient. She wants to get through as many patients as possible while she is there to maximize her earnings. You are just a paycheck to her.
She is very unprofessional, she did a procedure with my son without wearing gloves, she used her bear finger to touch the bleeding wound. How come she brags herself as infection specialist? She shouldn't be in the filed.
Very rude and unprofessional. I was traumatized by the way she treated me on my only visit to her. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and inappropriate bedside manner to say the least. I am taking my complaints further to the OCPS. This person should never be allowed to even practice. I have always been to Creditvalley health centre and despite the wait I knew couple of dr.s there that are amazing. The clinic should never allow her to taint their reputation.
she likes bragging about her degree. she charged me 25 $ for doctor notes as per her she is more professional doctor than the other doctors. So she charge $5 extra.
Very, very Rude and Unprofessional. She is always rushing you out and does not allow you to ask questions. Actually, she does not want you to ask her questions. This "doctor" is a fraud. How is she an infectious disease specialist? No where on her registration does it list. Her "education" above in Louisiana isn't listed either. She is rude, and has no credible certificates or registration and should be reported.
Thank God for Dr Zando.. she knew exactly what was wrong with me...I've seen over 10 doctors and no one was able to help me walk.. Dr Iram Zando is Brilliant.. if any one complains about her they don't know how Brilliant she is... The clinic has her booked back to back and yet the minute she saw me she knew exactly what I needed... She is trfuly BRILIANT.
A lot of patients have had bad experiences with her being rude. I have never had this experience. Shes always been kind to me. However she is always late. Any where from 1-2 hours. I also went through an experience where they (not sure who it was, the doctor, clinic or lab) misplaced/lost a sample taken for testing.
very rude and unprofessional. always looking on her phone when your talking to her. i was asking about a concern i had after being checked and she was already on her way to the door looking at her phone. she did not even say goodbye. she used to be really patient focused when she started but now that she has more patients, shes changed. i always feel rushed when i am talking with her. looking to find a different family doctor soon. her service and disrespect is not worth anybody's time.
