We went in to make our daughters (age 6) cast into a bi-valve from her previous hip surgery. We did not have a long wait. Staff (Kathy - I think) made this new experience easy and painless and not too scary.

We were in the waiting room less than 5 minutes. Check in process was quick. We were waiting the longest for the x-ray and DME people. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Zaltz was very thorough and talked us through the rhino bracing timeline. Check-out was quick as well.

Dr. Zaltz is definitely one of the greatest doctors I have ever seen. He is very experienced, compassionate, and understanding. He has always gone above and beyond the standard of care with me, and I can only assume he does the same for all of his patients. He is more responsive than any other doctor, and probably spends too much time caring about his patients (as evidenced by the evening phone call updates, proving he is taking more time out of his day for his patients). We waited two hours in the room to see Dr Zaltz. Our daughter has a rare form of scoliosis and although he told us to be concerned, he did not order an urgent MRI. He barely went over the full X-ray and told us to just wait for surgery. Nothing he could do. After a second opinion from a different well know. surgeon and visit to the chiropractor, they educated us more on her condition and thoroughly showed us everything on her X-ray. They both suggested no surgery right now and rushed her MRI for urgent.

He’s a good doctor, but felt very rushed and waited a full hour and ten minutes from set appointment time. Delivery of results very abrupt.

He was extremely informative about my sons condition. He took the time to explain everything and I was very happy with the outcome. Would recommend 100%

The Dr was cordual and provided some basic info and communication back and forth but seemed like didn't want to go in deep detail or discussion. Felt a little rushed and that my questions were unsignificant and he just wanted to get it over with. Appointment seemed rather on the quick side.
