I was taken back to my room before I was even done checking in at the desk. Dr. Zaltz answered all my questions and more with care and compassion. Looking forward to surgery!
Horrible and arrogant surgeon. He maimed my hip and left me with horrendous unnecessary scarring. Doesn’t care how long he leaves his patients waiting— even PRE-OP! DONT HAVE SURGERY WITH THIS GUY. He performed unnecessary surgery on me and left me worse off and also made up diagnosis for any symptoms I was having.
Dr. Zaltz is one of a kind. Truly so blessed I found him. Has been so caring, understanding and knowledgeable about my hip dysplasia and more. I feel more comfortable with him than my PCP. Forever grateful for him giving me my life back after surgery. Thank you Dr. Zaltz!
Takes on way too many patients. After hours of waiting you’ll get some sarcastic humor about how patient you were if you complain. He wrecked my hip with a PAO surgery and refused to take responsibility for it. I am not ok and he just gets off Scott free. Will be very annoyed when you constantly try to address problems that are still there. He will make excuses. Do not realign your pelvis with this surgeon. Left my hip in pain and with a deformity affecting how I can walk. Dismisses you and throws his hands up. Will perform unnecessary open surgery when it can be done with a laparoscope. Doesn’t care if you wait 2 hours for your scheduled appointment. Doesn’t care the same thing in the hospital for surgery too! You will be waiting until midnight.
He was an honest dr. He is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon not geriatric
The entire staff was wonderful, kind, empathetic, understanding and communicative. Dr. Ira was all the above and more. I felt extremely cared for and heard.
Dr. Zaltz has been seeing me since I was three years old and let me just say he knows what he is doing and always comes up with the best treatment plan for everything i have went to him for. He has a really good and well understanding on what is going on with the body and always fits people in his schedule if it is urgent and they need to get seen.
