I can't express how wonderful this practice is. Dr. Clay is very professional, explains everything and listens to concerns. The front staff are so helpful & friendly, plus they understand that there's alot of "nervous" patients, and always greet you with a smile! From the billing staff, to every assistant, I've only had great experiences in the 3 months I've been going to Athens Smiles. To quote Casablanca " this looks like the beginning of a wonderful friendship " I highly recommend this dentistry practice.
Routine dental cleaning was right on time, friendly and efficient.
I have been using Athens Smiles for my preventive dentistry so when I broke a tooth I called to schedule an appointment for repair. Over the course of a week from the day I scheduled to the day of the appointment I was sent multiple reminders. I showed up promptly and was put into an exam room almost immediately here the hygienist took an x-ray of the broken tooth. I then waited 45 minutes for Dr Clay to come in, look at the tooth, poke it, ask if it was sensitive, how I broke it and then left. I waited again until the hygie... read more
I had an awful experience with another local dentist and decided to try them. They were patient. Explained a lot and gentle with my mouth as well as my feelings because I have sever anxiety. I have over $6000 worth of dental Work to have done so I’ll come back and update that
