Accepted an appointment I booked where I stated I needed medication management (had been on these prescribed medications for years). He took my appointment read a script, was very short, rude, and uninterested in helping. He then notified me he couldn't prescribe ADHD medication even though he accepted the appointment where it was directly stated that was what I was needing help with. Do not recommend
Rushes me to get off the virtual appointment, seems to never care what I say or feel about my medication and I’ve mentioned serval times about how I want to go back to my last prescription but continues to put me on other things or ups the dose of what I am currently taking.
Dismissive, disrespectful of your time, refuses to fill prescriptions and leaves you without meds for weeks. Claim they sent prescriptions four times in two days but the pharmacy just magically doesn't have any record of ever receiving it. Doesnt answer messages and the appointments last about 2 minutes max with no in depth discussion on progress. Basically asked me what meds I wanted which I thought was his job to perform an examination and then determine that himself based on his observation not mine. This place cares noth... read more
The rudest, most dismissive doctor I have ever seen. I would not recommend him to anyone. The whole operation is very sketchy too. Trying to get in contact with his team is impossible - it takes you to a call center in India. Also, I needed bloodwork done and he sent in a lab for a urine drug analysis…The complete ineptitude of this man is truly shocking. Clearly he’s in it for the Medicaid check and does not care about patients.
Dr. Rasul has done wonders for my wife. She went to different doctors for years and no one ever helped. He solved everything immediately with the right medications. I highly recommend him.
