Having been a patient for years now, and had very poor expensive dental care before, I believe I am well qualified to say that I completely trust their treatments and advice. The "old one" saved several of my previously mistreated teeth (a miracle) with his professionalism, experience, and caring. In and out and well pleased. Normally I do not do a review, but Dr. Skip I have used before when I lived in Winter Park. Now I am living in Clermont. So I guess I must be satisfied if I would come all that way for a cleaning let alone tooth work. I have had a couple of fillings and neither had any real measurable degree of discomfort. the prep and numbing are subtle and well applied. I am thrilled with my new dentist, Dr Skip Heidrich. Kathy was amazing and friendly and made me feel great about how I take care of my teeth. Missy was friendly and funny and I loved how I put together a plan with Dr H for my future dental work. I felt no pressure, just like they really care about me and my needs. My visit today with Sherry to have my teeth cleaned was very pleasant. Sherry is an excellent hygenist and does a very through job in cleaning my mouth. She even provided some extra help in making sure my cleaning went well. Both she and Dr. Skip Heidrich paid strick attention to my dental health and made sure my check up was thorough. Thank you for such professional dental care all these years!
We have been going to Heidrich & Heidrich for nearly 30 years. They are always professional and we trust them completely with all our dental needs and questions! We find our dental insurance is more expensive than paying out of pocket going to these guys. If it ain't broke, they don't fix it and their honesty and care is important. Happy to see the family business continue with Skip and now our adult children are also patients! We highly recommend Heidrich & Heidrich.
