I've been known as a "worry-wart" when it comes to dentists. Especially now, due to physical limitations. Dr. H talked to me the entire visit, repeatedly using my name, made it feel like a real one-on-one visit between friends. He walked me through each step he was executing, regardless that my eyes were closed and I was mentally in the Bahamas. Like many people, I'm not a fan of going to see the dentist. Well, Dr. Heidrich and his staff did an amazing job of making my visit an enjoyable experience. Their service was quick, efficient, thorough and professional. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Heidrich and will refer him to family and friends.

The Drs' Heidrich have a wonderful, professional, friendly practice where you happy to go and have your teeth taken care of!! After my cleaning this morning, I have a complete mouth full of HAPPY!!
This visit to the dentist was much like most of my visits in that everything goes very well, from my checkin to checkout. On this visit I did have a full set of X-rays, which isn't all that pleasant, but the technician doing the X-rays was as gentle as possible. My teeth cleaning went very well, and I was checked out by young Dr. Heidrich, and the experience was very pleasant as we'll.
As your patient over the past seven years, I thought I'd this opportunity to say how pleased I am with your professionalism and the quality of dental care you provide my wife and me. Your hygienists are highly skilled and personable, and we could not be more satisfied with our occasional dental procedures beyond our routine semi-annual check-ups. As the son of a dentist, I feel I have a good understanding of what is required to build a first-class dental practice. In my opinion, you succeed on all counts!
I have been to a dozen dentist, but this is the one that i have chosen for my dental needs, father and son are both caring individuals and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
My family and I have been coming to this dental office for over 20 years and have NEVER been disappointed or had any problems.
