WONDERFUL, AS USUAL
Everyone was pleasant and it was great.
The service at Heidrich & Heidrich is always excellent. Paul is truly concerned with your dental health, and knows what is needed to keep you healthy. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Kathy my Dental Hygenist is excellent, is very concerned with her performance and insuring that your receive a professional and personal service. Cathy is amazing. She asks questions to get to know your dentals habits, or the ones lacking. Then she assesses your mouth, is very candid with the work that she is about to perform and then goes to, in my case, cave drilling. SHe told me that there was going to be some pain. My fault for lack of consistency with flossing. After an hour of chipping away at my layers of plaque, I was actually able to feel some smoothness on my teeth. Drs. Heidrich and Heidrich and their staff are very professional, friendly and informative. Over the 25+ years I have a patient I have learned how to take better care of my teeth and mouth. When I have an emergency Drs. Heidrich and Heidrich always schedule an appointment immediately. They truly care about their patients. I always highly recommend Drs. Heidrich and Heidrich to family and friends.
All I have to say about Drs. Heidrich & Heidrich and their staff is that they are the best! I have been a patient for at least 20 years and I keep coming back! I highly recommend them!
