The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Dr. Heidrich Sr. is great and his son is doing a wonderful job following in his footsteps. When anyone asks for a dentist....I recommend them!
Everyone fears going to the dentist but with Heidrich and Heidrich they prove that wrong. I've been going to them for a few years and from a cleaning to a dental emergency they are amazing. I wouldn't go to another, they lifetime customers with my wife and I.
Love Dr. Heidrich's office and staff! They are the best! Saw Kathy today for a cleaning and she is truly awesome!
Well, I have to say that I really don't like this on-line review process, but everything was friendly, competent, & well done by this office and its professionals. This will continue to be "My Dentist".

The friendly and knowledgeable staff will make you feel like family from your first visit. Dr. Paul is somewhat on the conservative side and will not perform any unnecessary dental practices. The staff will care for you and put you at ease with any dental procedure. I know, I have been a patient for over 20 years.

I have a wonderful experience at my initial visit with Dr. Skip Heidrich and Kathy. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Kathy spend additional time educating me than other hygienists have done in the past and that was greatly appreciated.
Thanks again, my teeth look and feel clean.
