I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor was unprofessional, and the front desk staff were not helpful or respectful. They often close before their posted business hours, and no one answers the phone when you call. Even when I visited the clinic in person, staff were sitting at the front desk but did not assist patients or answer questions. The customer service is very poor, and I felt ignored and disrespected. I have been trying to contact this office for 3 days now and I am always getting a Verizon wireless automated message. Only get through while they are on lunch to leave a vm and have yet to hear back.
