My experience attempting to schedule an appointment with Dr. Howard Greils was extremely disappointing. The staff responsible for booking appointments displayed a lack of professionalism and a complete unwillingness to assist me as a self-represented applicant. Despite multiple communication attempts and clear requests, they showed no real interest in helping, and the available dates offered were completely outside the legally mandated timeframes for Qualified Medical Evaluations in workers’ compensation cases. The receptionist was very rude - literally cut me off to tell me the Doctor is not seeing new patients. I understand limited access due to the pandemic but I wish they would understand their services are needed more than ever at this time. Absolutely no reason to be "mad" at someone calling to inquire about psychiatric treatment...
