i TRUST Dr BRAZIL to treat my heart condition.
Several times I have called, no one answers, I leave a voice message, no one calls back…. Dr. Is great but staff is useless…. I have a UTI so I guess I’ll have to find another place to go.
Problem isn't with the doctor but absolutely NO ONE answers the phones. I'm not sure how he even gets appointments. Leave a message - no one calls back. Worst staff I've personally ever dealt with.
Doctor Berlin is one of the best doctors I've met. My husband needed surgery and he came highly recommended. I am so thankful we chose him to do the surgery. His bedside manners were impeccable. I was shocked to receive a call directly from him (after hours) to discuss the upcoming procedure for my husband. His staff was spot on too - very respectful, considerate and helpful. We couldn't ask for better service.
went to dr berlin he was great how ever the staff that answers the phones and makes appointments was very rude dr berlin asked me to call the office the next day and the young lady got nasty i never heard anything back from them its been a month since i was told by a nicer girl that works there that a refule was sent to another doctor whos says they never got it and i have boils under my arms that was caused by staff infection
Dr. Burney was my doctor for over five years. He is an excellent physician! His attention to detail amazing! My primary physician referred me to him and after the first visit I understood his reasoning! He has great bed side manners and implemented was skilled in the leading practices to address my healthy issues! His knowledge and techniques were AWESOME!
Dr. Berlin is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and compassionate and commands perfection when it comes to the care and treatment of his patients. He identified my issue immediately and quickly performed surgery and was so kind and wonderful as he corrected my problem and alleviated my pain. I wouldn’t see anyone else.

Dr. Berlin did a bowel resection on me for a large polyp in the colon that he found during a colonoscopy and a month later did emergency surgery for a perforated bowel and I wound up with a colostomy. Months later he reversed my colostomy. I have had nothing but great care and experiences with this Doctor. He also removed my gallbladder prior to my bowel resection.I have great regard and trust in this doctors decisions and treatment. His staff are great. I can't say enough about this doctor. Highly recommend.
