My experience with Endocrine and Thyroid Center and Dr. Burney Basil has been awful from the start. As everyone knows, you need a referral to be seen here and the scheduling availability is extremely limited. Dr Brazil has kind and thorough with his exam and explanations.
The cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and the professional manner in which everyone conducted themselves without being cold towards the patient (s).
Dr Hoy has a great manner when dealing with patients. He listens to your concerns and actually hears what you are saying. He meets you where you are psychologically, emotionally and medically. He doesn't automatically send you to every specialist in three counties instead of handling what he is able to address.He has been my primary care since I came to Montgomery 17 or so years ago
