My first time at this doctors office no consideration of time was there for my appointment got there early like 12pm since my appointment was for 12:30pm then they changed my appointment for 1:15pm on the app. Was waiting and waiting i was there till 4pm and still wasn't seen and other people showing up way past my time being there and they were calling them in, I don't find that right will not come to this office again no consideration to patients waiting to be seen by the doctor!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Baikovitz for over 15 years. He has performed my last 3 colonoscopy and have seen him for gastro issues in between, even during Covid. I've always found him to be kind and professional. Since my last colonoscopy in 2022, I haven't had any issues. However, in the last month I've been dealing with major stomach gastro issues that have resulted in prolapsed hemorrhoids. I've been to my primary doctor, but I haven't gotten better.
