I've been a patient of Dr. Baikovitz for over 15 years. He has performed my last 3 colonoscopy and have seen him for gastro issues in between, even during Covid. I've always found him to be kind and professional. Since my last colonoscopy in 2022, I haven't had any issues. However, in the last month I've been dealing with major stomach gastro issues that have resulted in prolapsed hemorrhoids. I've been to my primary doctor, but I haven't gotten better. Dr. Howard Baikovich is a very good Doctor, I appreciate how they took care of my Son during his hospital stay
The Doctor’s are great when you are in the office! BUT… the STAFF could care less! Extremely unprofessional, NEVER RETURN CALLS!!! Then they act shocked when you get frustrated with them! I have been a patient since 2010!!! Ohhh trust me “The STAFF” is the problem! And maybe just maybe the doctors have something to do with it too because I am sure patients complain and they don’t do anything about correcting their staff’s behavior so if one doesn’t care why should the other?! very sad!!!
The lady that answered the phone is so nice and professional. She’s always willing to lend a hand. I appreciate everybody at this office.
