Great home but don't get the a.c. from them, hire your own a.c. contractor who will not be rushed . Our a.c. was installed by Horton but ran out of freon 18 months later due to an installation problem. Indoor unit had 3 broken pieces . These items are now out of warrantee so it came out of our pocket to fix. Carrier did order one part but no installation.
