The technician Jose told me my shower leak would cost $500 to fix. Then he said he was going to Home Depot to “get something.” HE NEVER CAME BACK. They ghosted me with zero communication. Well, come to find out… I called a new plumbing company and they told me the technician messed something up on the shower valve so now it’s going to cost more to fix it and they will have to cut into the wall. No wonder the technician left and ghosted me! Absolutely shameful company!!!

AWESOME Company!! I shopped around a lot and I am so happy I went with them! The owner Ed is extremely responsive and Professional. The two Techs that came out were so polite and hardworking. Hilda in the office replied to my email super quick. Who wants to spend $$ on a hot water heater?? But ….it was a really pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!
$300 for a service call!!! Outrageous!
