Referred me to an optometrist to treat my problem. When i told him that an optometrist within his practice couldn't help me with the same issue years ago before i finally got diagnosed by an ophthalmologist, he suggested me to go to a different practice stating that i was "skeptical " of his "opinion". Arrogant and no bed side manners.
Outstanding follow-up appointment following my eye lid surgery!! Dr Glatt removed my stitches without any pain and explained thoroughly the healing process. Excellent commutator!!
Doctor Glatt is very thorough, he explained the procedure in detail. I'm extremely lucky to have him as my eye Doctor!
Excellent visit and care from Dr. Glatt. He is very caring and very professional, explains everything well, and I am very well pleased with my surgery. However, it took me 2 hours to get through to his office to reschedule an appointment following a cancellation because of the weekend snow. That was very frustrating
