I read the reviews- either you love him or hate him. If you are looking for an up to date state of the art office with an equally up to date doctor, this isn't your guy. If you are looking for a kindly Marcus Welby type who explains things and will write a script immediately, he might work out for you. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for almost four years. While I really respect Dr. Yan, the senior receptionist with long hair is consistently unprofessional and rude, often giving patients attitude during every visit. This week, when I came in sick for my doctor visit, she made an annoyed face at her colleague in front of me, as if I were bothering them, showing no sympathy or respect.
