An absolute Horrible doctors office. Couldnt rate a ZERO. After waiting 3 weeks for an apointment, i drive an hour to town to see him for a hemroid. Right off the bat he tella me to schedule a colon test and says he cant look at hemroids. He canceled my appointment while in front of me and told me to leave. I’ve been going to Dr. Paik for 20 years. The office staff is always friendly with me. Dr. Paik has done many colonoscopies and upper endoscopies on me over the years. He monitored my liver enzymes and set me up with Vanderbilt for a liver transplant which I received 4 years ago and doing great.
0 stars, go spend your money on a doctor that truly cares about your health and helping you get better. This one doesn't. He really should just retire if he doesn't want to do his job as a Dr. 🤷🏽♀️
Apparently, a "1" is the lowest rating that you can give. If there was a rating lower than zero, I would give that rating. Dr. Paik appeared to be in a hurry and unwilling to take the time to really talk to me or my wife, both of whom had colonoscopies performed by Dr. Paik. His documentation related to both of our visits was incomplete and inaccurate - there were several things that he told both of us that somehow did not make it into his documentation, at least according to his billing person.
