Dr Heidi took the time to explain to me what she was doing, why she was doing it and when she was done told me ok this is what I’m seeing right now but I need you to come back and we will go over everything I find. That is just what I did! I went back yesterday and she went over all her findings with me in detail and explained everything she wanted to do.
