I have been trying for a week to get a prescription filled to lower my blood sugar that, based on test results from my oncologist are at critical levels. Both my insurance and 2 different pharmacies will not complete the order until a PA (pre-authorization) is completed. Dr. Fabrigas' office have not completed this and refuses to, because they insist it is not required, despite the insurance AND the pharmacies telling me it is. Dr.Fabregas is excellent, very patient, and clear to explain the problem is the people that work in the office they don't want to do their job
Dr. Luna is kind of doctor everyone hopes to find — he listens, he cares, and he treats you like a person, not a number. This is what real healthcare should feel like. 🙏✨ The staff is also incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend this office!
