Excellent visit. Dr. Hecker was a real pro and clearly explained in depth things associated with my hearing that other doctors in the past just "BRUSHED" over !! He's the best !!
Have been very pleased with Dr. Hecker and have referred others to him. He is honest, caring, professional, and takes his time to make sure your needs are taking care of. Makes recommendations for your hearing needs but never any pressure or pushing to get you to buy hearing aids etc. if you have hearing issues he is the one to go to. Walter Satchell
I could not be happier with the service I have received from Dr. Hecker. My only complaint is with my own hearing, which seems to be getting worse and worse rather rapidly.
I am pleased that Dr. Hecker was recommended to me and I have recommended Dr. Hecker to everyone that needs help with any hearing problem and possible assistance in finding the correct hear aide.. The service is excellent (I have dealt with both the Williamsburg office and the office in Newport News) and theyboth go out of the way to provide exceptional service..
