First time visit today. I was extremely pleased. Polite, Doc showed up ready to answer my large volume of questions/concerns. VERY PATIENT and didn't make me feel rushed. Highly recommend!
Seen for my hearing test by Dr. Yowell she was very professional and explained everything to me in detail about my hearing test and what my next steps should be to improve my hearing. Also the staff and Dr. Heckler were very friendly and I did not have any problems finding the location from Yorktown.
My 20 month old son was seen for a hearing test and Dr Yowell did an amazing job with him. She was very kind and professional, I would definitely recommend them!
