He listens to your concerns & questions, very thorough in his exam, and explains your options thoroughly, making certain you understand. I thought Dr Hecker was great. He was very attentive to my Mom and I believe he is going to be able to help her so much more than the last doctor. I am looking forward to her hearing better. He can’t bring back what is gone but he can improve where she is now.
