Very caring and professional staff.
I was seen by Dr. Yowell today and was very impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness in my hearing test. She explained each part of the test, what would happen and how I was to respond. She explained my choices in hearing aids and how they'd help. My only concern is that she wouldn't let me choose the red ones! 😉 The receptionists were very nice. When I called for the appointment yesterday, I was told they'd email me the forms to fill out, which sped up the preliminaries. I would recommend this practice from my f... read more
