Dr. Ruddock is an excellent physician and we are happy to have her as our child's doctor. She has great attention to detail and a wonderful ability to connect with her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
I have had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Heather Ann Ruddock, and unfortunately, I must say she is the worst pediatrician I have encountered. Her approach is characterized by a high ego, making me feel belittled for simply bringing my kids in for a check-up. Every time I express concerns about my twin daughters' health, she seems to doubt my observations and acts as if I'm exaggerating or making things up. Always a pleasant experience at this office—Dr. Ruddock is a fantastic physician whose attention and ability to personalize our visits by remember details and stories from encounters six months prior is reassuring that our daughter is matched with the perfect caretaker. Looking forward to all future visits—as difficult as it is to watch our daughter grow so quickly, it is almost equally difficult to imagine her outgrowing her visits with Dr. Ruddock.
