He has been great! Has really gone above and beyond to help me! I don't know what all of this is about wait times, I have hardly ever had to wait very long at all!!
Staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Long was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in battling my illness.
He is a genuinely caring doctor and has helped me tremendously.
Started off ok,but after a few visits to Dr. Long the wait time was longer and longer the last time on 1-20-2017 I have waited over a hour and after I started to complain the Dr. refused to see me..not professional at all..
Worst neurologist available. Left to wait over an hour in waiting area with no explanation. Unable to adequately treat problem. Just tries different medicines hoping for a result while left in debilitating pain. Staff are rude. Nurse doesn't return calls nor offer solutions. Complete waist of time. Seek help elsewhere.
seemed genuinely concerned and got to the bottom of my headaches in just a couple of visits. was actually on time for both appointments too!
