Dr. Abaza is good but I feel having the staff repeatedly ask me to pay my bills before I even recieve them is unprofessional. During appointment reminders and in person they will ask you to pay bills that insurance hasent even processed yet. Multiple times I had to tell them "I pay them when I receive them. No sooner."
While Dr Abazza is truly a good doctor. Very caring and personable. Her billing staff do not do a good job at all. While we had insurance that was completely covering our son's mishap after paying tons of out of pockets and deductibles last year, her staff decided not to do her job and give my wife nothing but excuses till the bill became our responsibility (according to her).
