I would give it a 0 if I could. Worst receptionists I have ever dealt with. I came in with a digital insurance card and she told me she needs my physical card because they process paperwork electronically!!! Not to mention my appoint was at 12 and i didn't leave the doctors office till 3!
I gave one star because I had to. Doctor was not interested in hearing what patient was saying. Staff is beyond rude, you’d think these young girls working there would show respect and care for the patients that come there but they do not. They are arrogant and belittle the patients. Patients are lumped up in one room and a hallway where they have benches where ppl cant social distance. With a pandemic on the loose where social distancing is detrimental to our health and you go to this clinic and there’s no where to sit beca... read more
