This doctor showed concern for my condition and was very ethical in his dealings.
Doc is a man with great judgment, does what is needed without doing what isn't. A very sound practitioner.
Dr Heinen is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen and does his best to get things approved
From the time I called to schedule the appointment, everything was processed efficiently and rather quickly, much to my surprise.
Extremely long waiting times ( between 60 - 90 minutes), without explanation or apology.Dr. has poor communication skills and bedside manner, barely looking at me while talking.Conflicting advice given. Extremely poor surgery outcome, that had to be fixed by another, more skilled surgeon at USC KECK, which I highly recommend.

Dr Heinen is an excellent doctor who explains everything throughly & patiently. He provides options with all possible outcomes. I highly recommend him.
I went to Dr. Hienen for severe shoulder pain. After an extensive exam we decided on a shoulder replacement. I am pain free for the first time in over 20 years! Complete range of motion! Basically after College swimming and water polo my shoulders were bone on bone and worn out. Dr. Heinen is a skilled surgeon who has a fellowship in shoulder surgery! I give him my highest recommendation and his surgery hospital in Arcadia is first class.

Dr. Heinan has done a knee and a shoulder for me and he has done knees and shoulders for several friends. His work is highly recommended by my friends. I have recommended him to my friends as well and they have been satisfied. What he has done for me has turned out very well. He is a straight shooter and will be you about your problem without beating around the bush, and he does so in layman's terms. The surgery center in Arcadia is wonderful as well. Their staff is very nice and helpful.
