My concern was doctor didn't show me my X-rays of my foot this time. My fracture is not progressing as it should.
Appreciated Doctor's approach and attention to my issue. I felt heard w a genuine concern for my situation.
Dr. Heinen is an excellent doctor. He is caring, responsive, and Is very knowledgeable about his area of practice.
Doctor took careful recorded notes and asked a lot of questions. He advised that MRI did not have to be done at this time. Patient asked questions about MRI because I've never had a closed MRI before. Doctor checked extent of arm/shoulder motion carefully.
He is a kind human being.
