Had cataracts with lens implants etc,, Excellent; care and results, I see better now than I did 40 years ago. Very pleasant staff in office and surgery center. I would trust him with my family.
Not s single person washed hands or used hand cleaner, even when instilling eye drops. The front desk staff lost my driver's license and medical cards. It turns out they accidentally gave them to another person. Did not return my downpayment money. This was the worst medical visit ever. I would not reccomend this practice to anyone. Very disappointed.
Dr. Louis did an amazing job on removal of my cataracts. He was very kind as his staff was too. They were all exceptional!! You were made to feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gregory Louis and his team. They are prompt, courteous, extremely professional. I visited both the Independence and Willoughby Hills locations, everyone was wonderful. I had a bilateral lid surgery (lid lift) WOW what a breeze and quick! Completely painless even after the procedure. I followed the instructions even slept in a recliner for 4 nights, used my ice packs always. I had no bruising . Dr Louis was fantastic! He took the time to discuss the procedure so that I was comfortable with everything. The staff also was very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Louis.
Dr. Louis is a fantastic doctor. He basically saved my eyesight after getting a false diagnosis three times by my previous eye doctor who was rush, rush, rush. Dr. Louis seemed more interested in curing me than anything else. He is a kind thoughtful and great doctor.
Do not visit dr. Gregory Lewis. He is not thorough and misdiagnosed myself and many others. He did a surgery on my eye without anesthesia in his office on a tumor on my eye thinking it was a part of my orbital fat pad. He disrupted my eye membrane and I know have complications and scar tissue. He also did not send it to pathology for testing. He does not diagnose correctly and just assumes what it is instead of actually figuring out what it is. DO NOT VISIT HIM.

This does not sound right to me. My name is misspelled. Who are "many others". I always use anesthesia. I regularly sent specimens for pathology if there is any question.
Both office and surgery. All staff and Dr. Louis professional, courteous, efficient, and pleasant. First-rate care and follow-up. Exemplary.
I have had glasses since I was 4 years old and went to Dr. Lewis for cataracts I can see better than I ever have and have had no problems at all after surgery would recommend Dr. Lewis to all of my friends and also anyone else who will listen Thank you Dr. Lewis as an artist you changed my life and point of view.
