Casual in his approach, Dr. Tocks was reassuring and inspired confidence in his work as well as my ability to fully recover. His explanations of the process, including surgical x-rays and recovery were thorough. If I still had questions they were addressed thoroughly and respectfully. He never wasted time but never rushed me. I highly recommend Dr. Tocks.
