Dr. Tocks is the consummate professional. He listens well making communication clear. He diagnoses competently and quickly. He provides treatment immediately and thoroughly. And he does it with and senses of gentility and humor as appropriate. Unequivocally recommend Dr. Tocks for what ails you.
Went in for an appointment for both my knees. Dr. Tocks went over my options and answered all my questions. I had asked He suggested cortisol shots in both knees. Had that done and explained my options in the future. Will be eventually get knees replaced by him .
Dr. Tocks had a common sense approach and explained things thoroughly. We discussed all options and how best to move forward with knee issues. He didn’t jump right to replacement and I feel comfortable calling back if needed. Highly recommend

Dr. Tocks left me feeling rushed and unheard. While his physical exam I think was thorough, he launched straight into the next step being an MRI and he didn't take a breath while saying so. He made it sound like an MRI was a done deal and he gave instructions to talk to checkout to get it set up (sounding as if he was about to leave). I was seen in a very timely manner. The assistant interviewed me and actually relayed all of the info to Dr. Tocks. He was completely prepared for my visit, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Reviewed previous films from a different provider and had a diagnosis w options after physical exam and reviewing history and tests. Didn’t require further X-rays which rarely happens in an orthopedic office. I was very pleased w the entire visit.
Got good straight forward information. Everything has worked out extremely well from this experience.

Not only has Dr. Tocks shown me how negligent doctors can be but he has made me lose all faith in his practice. Went in to visit for severe shoulder and neck pain. He had reviewed MRI that was done for my neck prior to visit by a neurologist, and jumped to a conclusion from that image. I specifically asked him to at least check out my shoulder.
